Membership
The Burlington Concert Band comprises of about 65 active members, all from
Burlington and surrounding areas. All of our members are volunteers and come from
all segments of society. Though they come from different backgrounds they all
share a common love of band music.The Burlington Concert band membership is open to all instruments.
THE BURLINGTON CONCERT BAND IS CURRENTLY LOOKING FOR ADDITIONAL PERCUSSIONIST.
WE HAVE AN ARRAY OF PERCUSSION INSTRUMENTS, INCLUDING
DRUM KIT, 4 TYMPANI, XYLOPHONE, CONGAS, BELLS, ASSORTED "TOYS" AND SOON TO BE A NEW VIBRAPHONE.
Rehearsals
The band has an open membership policy and is always looking for talented
instrumentalists. If you have woodwind, brass, or percussion experience and
would like to share the gift of music with others, we encourage you to contact us or attend our next rehearsal.
We rehearse on Monday nights from 8:00pm-10:00pm at the Rehearsal Hall at the
Burlington Music Centre, located at 2311 New Street in Burlington.
